brain wave measuring equipment

I am looking for information on making or buying a unit that can be connected to a computer that will show brain wave activity. Any information you have about equipment or your experience would be appreciated.

Well MR.Nagel you might want to try open EEG here is a link to there web site, it should have all the info a mad scientist or an up and coming MD. would need, lots of great info. good luck.
