TV Question

Hey. I have 2 old tvs, around 2 years old, one is a citizen and the other a RCA that experience white out conditions from time to time. What could be the cause? What should i check. It looks like the cable is going but other tvs are not affected.

You call a TV aged 2 yrs... OLD. Don't even want to hear about the Citizen , but what's the Model and chassis nr listed on the label on the back of the RCA, it shud also give U its actual date of manufacture there also.
