Motion machine?

Does anyone know what the name of the device that allows motion from leaning? I saw this in an article somewhere but I can't find it anywhere.<p>From what I remember it has two wheels, a step to stand on, and a long T handle. All you have to do get movement is lean forward. and it even goes up hill.<p>Does this ring a bell to anyone?
