I'd check for a replacement fan for your laptop.
One that has more air flow.
And since you have the case a part.
You can do an old gamers trick to the Heatsink.
Carefully remove the Heatsink from the Processor, and clean off the old Thermal Conductor compound from it.
{Next.}
Lap the side of the Heatsink that interfaces with the Processor,
till you have a mirror like finish on it.
{Next.}
Find a Thermal Conductor Grease with the best conductivity.
Currently Arcticsilver is the one most popular with gamers.
http://www.arcticsilver.com/#
{Next.}
Re-coat the Mirrored interface side of the Heatsink with the new Thermal Conductor Grease.
Make sure the coating is thin, but evenly distributed on the Heatsink before mounting it back down to the processor.
{Next.}
Put on your replacement Fan.
{Next.}
Re-assemble the laptop.
With the new Grease, Fan, and Heatsink Lapping.
You should see a 3% to 5% temperature drop in cooling the Processor.

i am just gonna hot wire the fan to stay all all the time, and be done with it.

I don't know if I would chance it.
The reviews say it does as claimed.
BUT, Many are reporting that it is chocked full of Malware.

Well, Speedfan has been around for a long time. If you can go to the author's site, you should be safe.
But, that is your decision. Just throwing it out there for consideration.
