Bitscope Pocket Analyzer

I am a few months behind in my Nuts and Volts reading and noticed the full page ads for the Bitscope Pocket Analyzer. Seems like it might be a versatile product for the price. One comment that I have seen is that the 40 Msps spec is a little weak, but then I suppose you can't have everything at this price point in the market. Can someone that has purchased one of these share your experience?
My e-mail requests for any resellers in the US (from two different e-mail accounts) have been unresponded to for a week now. Are these products only sold directly from Bitscope in Australia?
