Systems Designers

I am looking for an Electronics System Designer/Engineer that can take my ideas and develop the systems. The larger companies are not my first choice for contacts as they tend to be loking for large projects. Preferably one in Texas but will consider all other areas. Does anyone know of a reputable designer/engineer or have any suggestions where I can find one.

Try posting on Craigslist.org They have sites in Dallas and Houston. I had great success hiring a software engineer. The cost is lower than any other websites and you don't get mountains of irrelevant replies a month after you hire someone
