Source for ISD25120P

Does anyone have a source for buying the ISD25120P? I found some on Ebay but I don't think my purchasing dept will go shopping there....

Are these obsolete? We need a few for some repairs of old equipment.

Correct, the ISD2500 series is obsolete and no longer manufactured.

I did a google search which located several suppliers around the globe besides Ebay.
