twisted pair

Post by LucidGuppy »

Does anyone know the capacitance per foot of 22 gauge twisted wire pair? Or a website containing such info?
Why don't you give yourself a nice big round of applause!

That seems to be material oriented specific, as I just took a foot of that ga (solid)…common vinyl insulated …..and evaluated on a LSI meter and found a cap variance from 20pf per ft on a common twist rate ,up to a max of 27 pf on a tight wrap.
Also see:

But, you were not specific as if/or a manufactured cable type was to be used.<p>
