USB microcontroller project
I'm trying to build a device that can 'import' some keypresses into my PC for a game I'm writing. (Think Jeopardy and three player buzzers.)
Currently, I scavenged a Gravis USB controller and solder my pushbuttons across the button connections of the PC board of the controller.
But this can be cumbersome and the form factor is limiting. It seemed to me that this would be a simple microcontroller project (3 buttons in; USB out) but, after scouring the Internet, I couldn't find any leads.
Does anybody have any advice on how to proceed?
TIA.

Re: USB microcontroller project
you can use ft232bm usb-rs232 converter between your microprosessor and PC. and then you must write a suitable program into your uP.
