I'm thinking you are correct. I've emailed the person, usually if I don't get a reply within 7 days or so, I'll delete them. All three of his posts seem a little vague like most bots but I'm keeping an eye on it. Good catch on the change of link!

Years ago renewable link cartridge fuses were popular in commercial panel boards, and boxes of links were plentiful. But like the penny behind the fuse moron, the wrong link could accidentally, or purposely, be placed in the cartridge with damaging results. I have an old bakelite screw type fuse that can have it's link replaced! I've never run into another one and and yes, I do have a few spare links!
