scanning upc or isbn numbers

Anybody use the Cue Cat for this purpose and where can you go to get the info. I want to inventory all my books, sheet music and CDs.

The "Cue Cat" died a couple years ago. Some sites still have software to allow you to read bar codes but I don't think any are linked to a product database like it used to be.<p>This Site Hack your Cue Catsummarizes many of the present applications.

I have a long range CCD barcode scanner almost new ext condition keyboard wedge (the best kind) I could let go kinda cheap.<p>
