Looks very nice so far, better than before.

Hopefully the moderators will have the ability to delete multiple postings by the same member at least
so we can handle those extreme spam attacks without having to go through each post one by one
checking each one :smile:

Take care...

No need to say sorry, it's an improvment.

I agree with the others, 1000% better. I vote keep testing by all means.

Michael Kaudze and MrAl There is a nice Anti-Spam .Mod for phpBB 3.04 that might be useful, It has some great features including 1-Click bans which you can set to also delete all posts by the offending user. Let me know if you're interested in knowing where to get it and how to install it.

I don't know if anyone has noticed but there is a bad code edit on the index page. The code references a none existent image

Code: Select all

<div style="float: left; margin-right: 5px;"><img src="./Michael%20Kaudze" alt="No new posts"></div><div style="float: left;"> <!-- Forum Code Exists between these points --> </div>
/www/phpbb3/index.php needs to be re-edited or even perhaps /www/phpbb3/styles/AeroBlue/template/index_body.html

It's safe to remove

Code: Select all

<div style="float: left; margin-right: 5px;"><img src="./Michael%20Kaudze" alt="No new posts"></div><div style="float: left;">
then a few lines down the trailing

Code: Select all

</div>
Sorry if I'm stating something already known to you, just trying to be helpful.

Much better! Still hoping to have links open in new windows, probably set in the stylesheet.

That's a browser feature in your picture not a site feature. Most moden browsers allow you to change font size and/or page zoom level. These settings can be changed within the "View" menu bar dropdown or with Ctrl++ and Ctrl+- and lastly Ctrl+scrollwheel up or down.

Agreed. I use it to zoom in or out on any viewed pages (not
just this forum). The unpopular and now removed forum 'skin'
had a font size up/down button that has since disappeared
on the current one.

I hate computers.

OK. So I tried that (WIN98SE) and it didn't seem to work. Then after about 15 or 20 seconds, all heck breaks loose and I think my machine's hung up (again) and I don't need glasses to see the screen -- eyes, neither, for that matter. Now how to get it back down. Tried again with the CRTL--- stuff and after 15 or 20 seconds, things go haywire again and finally I see a much smaller (and readable) version of the board. Now, will it stay that way? I guess I'll find out. This post edit is appearing in a 20pt font.
