The January issue mailed December 19th. All copies are mailed at the same time, so unless you are outside the US, it should have arrived long ago. If you would email your account info (name, address, act# if you have a mailing label handy), we'll see if we can find out what happened to your copies and/or send replacemants. As for the online edition, yes it is available to all print subscribers, new and old. We also are adding the ability to download and read the issues offline. This is now functional on some of the recent issues, but is still being implemented on older ones.
