RADIONE......

Post by HomeBrew »

Back in the January 1994 issue of Nuts & Volts, there was an article on the Radione short wave receiver based on a Tesla design. Does anyone have any information on where to get it in kit form , of if the seller is still around. As i recall, the entire kit could be purchased for around thirty dollars. Just wondered if it was still available..... :p

homebrew……ski:<p>Assuming that you still have the article….or if one needs reference to it , it can be seen at:

Everything seems to be simple and straight forward enough ,but that Tetra coil and its layout/replication on the PCB may be the thing that’s throwing you.Why don’t you take a stab at contacting the lower addee at the post below as its in all likelihood a relative of Nick Goss being just a short way from the ’94 addee on the same street. And at least, they might give you the required info.Who knows…..the whole enterprise/stuff may now be cold stored in a relatives attic
or barn.
