Need to hire someone to build sound/audio to light modul

I would like to pay someone to send me a working example for a 7x7 matrix bar graph display. Each bar would respond to a different frequency with input through a mic. I would like to use ultra-brite LEDs for the project. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as well. Please contact me for more details. Which approach is least expensive depends on how many you will produce. A digital signal processor would have the lowest component cost but the development cost would be higher than an analog approach. I am not willing to pay for a long distance phone call, how about an email address?
