I would like to add a USB joystick to my robot.
I see that Microchip has a processor set up for USB, but I have very little knowlege about usb, or how usb joysticks communicate.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for info?
thanks
Dan
USB Joystick
well, I have done a lot of USB projects with PIC's
This is the programmer that I use..

Think its 150.00
I would also pick a chip from the PIC18F for USB interface.. so I would then download this software for free..

I would look into different types of programmers..

If you cant find anything cheap.. try TI's MSP430 or ATMELs micros.
I know they sell programmers for 30.00
