Inserting titles into I-TUNES??

I recently got my first I-POD and downloaded some old cd's to I-TUNES then synced them onto my I-POD. The problem is they have no titles on I-TUNES, only track1 and track2 etc.. How can I label these songs on I-TUNES??

I use ID3Master on my Win98SE machine, but for newer OS's I've begun using Mp3tag.
Your MP3 encoder software should also allow ID3 tags when you first convert from CD.
I don't use/own iTunes or iPods so I can't provide any iTune-specific answers.
