On previous versions, the cookies resided in some 'Documents and settings > Administrator > something...' to examine what was being collected, and delete the chosen ones.
Where do they hide now with Explorer 8 ?
Also, there was a folder with temporary crap on randomized characters as folder name, that was accessible to deletion.
Where did Microsoft hided it now ?

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Settings.
Click the View files button.
Click the Name column heading to sort all the files alphabetically, and then scroll down until you see files that begin with the prefix Cookie:. All cookies will have that prefix, and they usually contain the name of the website that created the cookie.
Right-click the cookie you want to delete, click Delete, and then click Yes.

It also display the location for the cookies
You can alsochange the location for the cookies.

Lots of folders under documents and settings are hidden. Just go to the tools menu of Windows explorer and go to folder options and the View tab to show the hidden folders.
