Speed Measurements

Post by MrAl »

Hi there,

Anyone know of any programs or techniques that could be used to measure system
performance like for the basic system and CPU? I guess including the hard drive
might be a good idea too.

In the past i have used my own tests and also a long time ago i used something
called "WinTune" and it helped to compare various system performances with
other computers, but they changed it so that you have to use the web to test.
I was hoping for something that you could download and use without having to
go on the web. A simple set of tests that show basic performance such as
graphics card response, memory response, stuff like that.

Any other suggestions pertaining to this would be appreciated too.

Thanks
