How to program a PLD from ATMEL

I am looking at this device.
ATF22V10C
I was wondering how to program it. I cant find any hardware tools explaining how to do this.

Dear Sambuchi,
I would like to know how you programmed ATF22V10C.
I want know any PLD. I m thinking of using ispLSI1032 in my project... but dont know how to program
please guide me if u know...
if u dont know hw to program ispLSI1032...atleast tell me any PLD programming
