I found a PNY driver here

but i think that may only work with windows 98 SE, which im not sure you have or not.

I am not sure what version you have of Win98 so i cant say anymore yet.

Just to note, i did a search on "PNY drivers Windows 98"
and it came up with lots and lots of hits, any of which may help more.
