I had a service convert some old Super8 camcorder videos to DVD. They sent me a DVD for each tape, so I have 10 DVD's that I'd like to edit and put on one DVD.
Anyone suggestions of DVD Editing software that's hopefully free?

What OS are you running? WindowsXP? Vista? You say DVD editing software though normally DVD editing software will only let you create menus to existing files. If that's your situation then you should check out the following. http://www.majorsilence.com/devede This is a free DVD creation tool with both a Linux and Windows version available. If you're using Linux qdvdauthor is a great tool that has a lot of really nice features, I highly recommend it. You can download qdvdauthor here http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... _id=105214
If you want to edit the videos and then create the DVD menu system you might try out http://cinelerra.org/ it's also free and a great tool.

I did some more searching and if DeVeDe doesn't suit your needs maybe this will http://www.dvdflick.net/ it's free and open source. It seems to support a large number of file formats. I've never used the software myself but it looks decent.
Re: DVD Editing software
I found a whole new approach to getting DVD copies to my family of DVD's that I copied from old tape.
Since I have about 9 hours worth of video, instead of burning hours of DVD's for the whole family, I'm now trying to post the videos on a site, and let the family members download them at their convenience, and burn their own DVD if desired.

Still playing with this service, but wonder if others have tried any "unlimited online storage" services?
