robot trivia question....

been arguing with some co-workers about the old tv series of Miami Vice

in 1-2 episodes or more, the guys used to contact one of their geek friends for info. and he had a robot, that had a screen on his front..
( not i am not thinging of telle-tubbies either )
anyway i think the robot was called bobotz or robozz something like that.
anyone out there know what i am thinking of ?..
