Looking for PID Control Systems Kit

Post by ghpoe »

I read an article in Nuts and Volts 2005 Jan-Mar. on PID. It was a pretty good article and I have decided that I want to purchase a kit that does the equivilent. My main purpose is learning more about control systems.

Anyone know of anything?

hmm, I do not read the Nuts and Volts often ... but what interests you with PID controllers? They are used everywhere.

You can make your own pretty easy..

EX: I needed one for a robot competition.. There was lines on the ground that I needed to follow.. instead of following the lines in a jigsaw manner.. I used a PID to follow the lines smooth...

This can be done with a simple micro and software..
