I found it. It is actually an internally triggered Triac "NTE 5645" or a "Q2010L4".
I actually found someone with an identical dehydrator and theirs had the number on it.

Some transistor identification help needed.
I have an older dehydrator that needs a new transistor. The existing transistor does not have a model number on it at all. I even looked with a magnifying glass. The transistor turns on/off the small heating element and is triggered by a "CA 3079" Linear circuit 0V switch 50/60 HZ Thyristo...

Re: TV/Sat remote control repair? REPAIRED!!
At my local electronics store I bought a product called "CaiKote 44" for $9.95. It was easy to used and is good for 1 year after opening. There is plenty in it to do several remotes. It works good.
Thanks for the help and advice.

Re: LCD display cross reference help needed
This LCD is two pieces of glass with the connection sandwiched in-between them. I tried the junk science method of heating with a heat gun and applying a preheated weight on it and letting it cool overnight. It now works about 90% which is great. How long it will last is yet to be determined. I also...

LCD display cross reference help needed --- Fixed it!!!
I have several Moultrie I-40 game cameras that are out of warranty that have problems. Two of them the lcd display is missing most of the lines. This is a very common problem and Moultrie wants to sell me another display for $15 plus shipping. I did this once and the replacement lasted about 6 month...

TV/Sat remote control repair? REPAIRED!!
My RCA/Dish remote control seems to wear out the gray coating on the inside of the pushbuttons. I have 4 of them and each has a function that works intermittently or not at all. It seems the #1 button gets used the most and eventually has to be wiggled around to work. Is there a product I can purcha...

Re: 12/24 DC motor help needed
Thanks Janitor, I've been there, copied a bunch of the dia. and unfortunately none are the right ones. Motorguide did buy out Eagle (and word is they did it because the Eagle was sooo good.) They eliminated the competition. I just wish they sold parts for them. I would buy the speed switch and the 1...

Re: 12/24 DC motor help needed
Thanks for your input Janitor. I tried the place and they are suppliers for a lot of things but not what I needed.
This motor is old, and Eagle (Byrd Eagle) went out of business in 1997.
Still searching for a way to hook it up.
Thanks again.

12/24 DC motor help needed
I have a motor off of an Eagle 2450 trolling motor. It is 3 speed, 12vdc or 24vdc and is perfect for my project. Size and shaft dia. are perfect. My problem is that the motor has no wiring diagram that I can find anywhere. It is a sealed motor with; 5 wires sticking out: Red 10ga. wire (probably +) ...
