Ok i did a search and thought that at 50 amps the load should only be on for a max a 1 min i was thinking like maybe 30 sec's so R1 should be 100k and c1 should be 300 Uf Right?? Another Timer for me
Hi <p>I was wanting to build/get a timer that will run a relay +/- 2min after you press a push button to activate this timer.I would like to have the timer activate with a Gnd pulse.I don't really know the specs of the relay its an OEM 50 Amp relay so I would guess less than 500ma on the relay coil....

Ha Nope it doesn't work the best.I still have static once in awhile while I'm driving.So I guess I have a choice of static while I'm parked or while I'm driving.I could hook up the Gnd and try that again and see what I get.Any other ideas??<p>

Thank you Edd Whatley for you help.This would be Fm. Sorry I didn't put that.I did mess up by putting the two center wires together and now that I just put them close together it seems to work much better.And I left plastic covering on the inside wire.Also for some reason I got less static by removi...

It's not a bad gnd because I tried to hook the base of the antenna right to body gnd with a wire and it was still bad.The rubber mast is just like a regular antenna.When you say sheilding what it that is that the whole outside of the antenna cable or the inside part usally white where a little small...

Hi: I disconnected my OEM window antenna (the window antenna is in the defroster grid). I installed a rubber mast fender mounted antenna instead. I had to splice an extra 5 feet of antenna cable into the original antenna cable in order to reach the radio. My reception is bad now, lots of static. It'...

The alternator can charge two batteries? I have heard anything over 120% the alternator output will damage it?<p>What do you guys think?

Thanks for your help I did get it figured out ok I did ms paint and croped out what I needed done.It didn't look the best but it worked <p>
