Ok i did a search and thought that at 50 amps the load should only be on for a max a 1 min i was thinking like maybe 30 sec's so R1 should be 100k and c1 should be 300 Uf Right?? Hi <p>I was wanting to build/get a timer that will run a relay +/- 2min after you press a push button to activate this timer.I would like to have the timer activate with a Gnd pulse.I don't really know the specs of the relay its an OEM 50 Amp relay so I would guess less than 500ma on the relay coil....

Ha Nope it doesn't work the best.I still have static once in awhile while I'm driving.So I guess I have a choice of static while I'm parked or while I'm driving.I could hook up the Gnd and try that again and see what I get.Any other ideas??<p>
