it would be a lot easier for you to just use a 120v neon indicator...they got them small , 1/4" hole or so...up to as big as 1" and they use hardly nothing as far as electricity...and just as many colors as leds....almost.

they probably use that fuzeblock on sever kinds of bikes and only used what was needed for your bike...
basically if you want to..tap off the battery..just make sure you use a fuze :p
or tap off of an accessorie..again,, make sure you use the right fuze... :p

looking at the national website i was looking at the LM34 temperature sensor. i was looking at the application pages..and there is a neet looking and simple to make temperature bargraph meter.. only problem i have is...finding the so called 1-2% tolerance 402 ohm resistors.... also i cannot find no ...

another point .......here in my town of Hope Mills NC they are getting ready to replace the dam that broke over a year ago due to heavy rain a year ago.....anyway,,many moons ago they had a small spillway on the side of the dam that turned a generator to power the mill...well it was abandoned many y...

most common caps now days for motors are either in a oval metal can or a bakelite can,,i haven't seen a paper wrapped one in eons...
beware some motors have a start / run switch inside the motor too,with or with out a cap..

check with any heating and A/C supply or appliance supply wharehouse...its a common cap...
here we have a electric motor rebuilding place..if one is in your area as well check with them too

hey russ, i just looked up the chip you mentioned..it is a single LCD driver...not for LEDS. or multi-led display.
