I actually heard about this auction on the news, it's real. The auction that is, I cannot speak for the company.

My vote is for a mod on this forum. I also volunteer as a weekend mod. I am off work every weendend. So I will step up and do my part to clean it up.

By all means,...Buy American at all times, and then buy Chinese instead of invading a third world nation. Common sense. I found you a data sheet. I emailed it to you. It shows an 8 pin sip, but I included a screen shot of where I found it and it is listed as 9 sip there.

Either Google it, or do a diode test.

I couldn't find the 23 suffex but I found a datasheet for a STR-G6651 and it lists it with a 22, 24, 32, 51, 52 and 53 on the end. I could email it to you if you like? I found it on www.partminer.com
