I found that it was much easier to buy a sub $100 wireless webcam from Linksys (WVC54gc) and place it where ever I wanted in my house. Hi, Can anyone recommend an inexpensive radiometer or photometer that can be used to measure (even relatively) the intensity of an infra red LED. Actually, I don't think they did anything to your RF tag. I believe they use the cheapest read only tags.
