Re: I can't think today.. help !
Hi. It could be better approached as three window comparator circuits. One between 4.9 and 5.1 V to turn on led '5V' ; One between 8.8 and 9.2 V to turn on led '9V' ; One between 11.7 and 12.3 V to turn on led '12v' ; or with the tolerances of your preference. If that fits your wishes... Perhaps a L...

Re: Need 36v charger or PS.
Hi. 36V usually charges at 42V; times 8A is a sustantial ~400Watt capable charger with few target products. A few this site sells: ----> https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32742206305.html?spm=2114.search0104.3.179.7aa94d31ZCSWuB&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0%2Csearchweb201602_8_10065_10130_10068_10547_3...

Use a CRT high voltage flyback transformer sawed-off section from a defunct TV/monitor PCB ? You want DC.
Older copy machines have a high voltage module, very canibalizable. I have one at 7KV if suits you for $0.

There is also another factor while testing/evaluating the energy delivered by batteries, usually not published; or they come up with it when there is a complain : Test duty cycle.
Manufacturer may want 5 minutes drain, 10 minutes rest and repeat; or whatever they decide.

What do you mean by "polish"... ? A wax, a polishing compound, a buffing compound ? Perhaps peek at the MSDS of the product you are curious about; may have clues on pigments. Here is one----> https://www.thetreatment.com/product/the-color-treatment-color-enhanced-liquid-car-wax-16oz/?doing...

Re: Any integrated circuit that works as the old tone decoder but for RF ?
Thanks, haklesup. Yes, bought broadcast FM receiver kits that use a TA2003 receiver chip, modified for 118 - 138MHz Rx and are working very well, (with distorted audio from FM demodulation that I do not care). Ordered AD8307 chips to experiment if those detect 10.7MHz at the chip IF node hopefully t...

Re: Antenna Cable Routing.........
Hi Tzap. I would test first for signal sufficiency and insert a preamplifier only if weak, at a point before signal gets distributed and passes so many connectors. That would be LNB output. Perhaps the diplexers/switch/splitter could be modified disconnecting their (choked) power path/feed ports goi...

Hi.
Do you know of an IC like the NE567 audio tone decoder (detector) but for RF ?
Looking to detect the presence of 11MHz or 130MHz, turning a LED on.

Hi.
Consider if your satellite receivers DC fed on coaxial to the dish LNB do not interact improperly with the path trough/into several devices.

Yes, congratulations for Dacflyer ! It has been many years; from the days of Chris and 'pulling rice'. The earliest group that I remember originated middle nineties at a Microsoft forum, then migrated to a Popular Electronics forum, then to Electronics Now before Nuts&Volts -if I have it right-

Very right, CeaSaR.
The product of the non-stop-growth of laziness. Easier to massage a keyboard expecting a solution than doing real diagnostics. Too much work to unscrew spark plugs!. And not returning the replaced 'bad' parts to the owner. Easier and nearer is the garbage can.
