spark plug battery charger/radio transmitter?
I found an article on the web( http:angelfire.com/ak/egel/capcharg.html) This article claims to make a battery charger from a 200 foot strand of insulated wire hooked to a spark plug and coil and capacitor. The wire is hooked to the top of the spark plug, the grounded end of the plug is hooked to th...

Thanks to all. Hacklesup, I'm not sure what you mean by floating the firing wire, I'm assuming you mean just run it out to the fireworks, please correct me if that is wrong. The 1 Mohm resistor on both wires between the relays won't just burn up when the relays are turned on? If so, that is OK but I...

enough with the air car already, lets talk electric vehicle
Hi everyone. I'm now convinced that the air powered car is a wait and see, maybe some new technology will make it happen. I just cant figure why electric cars haven't made a comeback. I drive about 30 miles or less a day and my truck just sits in the sun all day. I've seen electric vehicles such as ...

I want to mass produce them, make about 1000 or so. They are destroyed when ignited. The nichrome and lead wires will be glued to a tiny piece of double sided pcb board. the nichrome end of it is dipped in nitrocellulose acetate and gunpowder after the wires are glued in place. I wanted to try the g...

24 volt golf car batteries to run a wireless router
I would like to set up a wireless router in a field to take signals from a laptop (500 feet away) to an ethernet I/O board that will shoot a fireworks show. I have a 3 - 8 volt golf cart batteries in series that will shoot the firework igniters. With my setup, the wireless router will work best out ...
