This is a picture of what it looks like.. mine has an actual heating element in it.. newer ones had a halogen heat lamp/ tube. I don't think they lasted as long...

Re: How Do you Clean A Deep Fryer?
Oh man, now I feel bad for even starting this topic! All these spammers using the topic, only to promote they're own website though veiled responses to the said topic! :( UPDATE: Well, the Deep Fryer is collecting dust on the shelf now. Because most everyone here has come down with some sort of med...

Re: Battery Bank won't replace a plain old battery
USB power is not just voltage on two wires. The host and device negotiate the current needed. The blinking is the power IC in the "bank" checking to see if a smarter device has been plugged in. Hmmm......... I used that circuit of a Battery Bank as an example, because it is common and eas...

Re: Battery Bank won't replace a plain old battery
jimandy, A battery bank won't work for the circuit you want to power. Here's a wiring diagram of a simple Power Bank. https://i.ytimg.com/vi/kIm7mKrD9_I/maxresdefault.jpg As you can see, the battery is only 3.7Vdc. I'm surprised the LED with dropping resister works at all. You'd be better off ...

Anyone else consider this posting suspicious?
I looked at NV014454's profile.
It says joined in 2013, but this is the first post?
Very suspicious.....

Re: Need help searching for magnets..
Okay, that helps, kinda.
Go find a E-Bike, or Electric Bike dealer.
See if they have a service dept.
Show the mechanic's the Electric Hub Motor you have.
Maybe they could retro-fit one of the newer Hub Motors to fit your trike.

Re: Need help searching for magnets..
I found this company: Indigo Instruments https://www.indigoinstruments.com/magnets/rare_earth/blocks/ Only they are using the Metric Standard. So you'll need to remeasure the magnet in Millimeters to find the right size. Hmmm............... The page I linked to only shows magnets up to 2" X 1/8...
