If you want to know if increasing the voltage to the fuel pump will help. hook a shop charger to it while it's running on the dyno. I can buy a scribe, a square, a centerpunch,a hammer, a drill press, and a 5 mm drill for about 200.00. all made in China of course.

a 1000 ohm pot and a meter capable of reading millamps will help. Most leds seem to work uaing about twenty ma.

if you have a greenhouse on your farm, it is a great solar heater. you can turn the blade around and use the other side of the saw but you have to double nut the blade.

you can build them at home using copper that has been oxidized but not for 4 bucks/watt. Check out edmund scientific they sell broken ones that can be worked on for a little less if i remember right.

Get an ammeter put it in series with the nichrome wire and measure the amount of current it uses. You should be able to parallel a couple of wall warts to come up tith a suitable supply.

I you could remove the regulator from a gm. alternator and design a voltage regulator for it. But they are rated for about 1.5 kw. max. 45v@ 90 amps=^ 4.5 kw. smoke time! If you look around some surplus websites you may find a surplus high capacity alternator for a reasonable price.
