AllElectronics.com has a 29.4 volt supply for $9. You would lose some brightness but the price is right. CAT# PS-294.

OK, I went to Front Panel Express and downloaded the design program. I have to say, I have zero experience with CAD and although I didn't complete my drawing quickly or efficiently, I did complete it. Ordered 20 units made of 3mm anodized aluminum. Cost was quite reasonable I think. Thanks everyone ...
