any alarm company should have these also...i get them here locally also for about $5 a pop and they all use the same key also...they have about 5 different key cuts...same sw, just different cut keys..

i have a tv here..old magnavox
model : RR2540 A-104
chassis # 25S102-00DD
i need to find the value of s burnt resistor
location R-432 leads to the volt regulator..i know the regulator is shot too,,,due to dried up cap...
any info is apperciated...

ok, i tried as you suggested,, didn;t work,,, perhaps i need to change other connections? heres how i have all connected pin 1 = gnd. 330k = pin 1 & pin 2 10uf = pin2 & pin8 pin 3 output 100k = pin4 & pin8 0.47uf = pin4 & gnd. pin 5 = blank pin 6&7 tied pin8 B+ = 12v i hope you understand this... i ...

motor controller question
i have here a motor controller from a old electric scooter,, it is a "Curtis PMC" (curtis insturments inc.) MODEL 1208-139 i belive it still works, i contacted the company via e-mail 3-4 times asking about a connection diagram and the stats of this controller, i never got a reply yet...does anyone h...

ok, heres part 2 of my idea,,,
how can i configure 555 timer to auto start timing as soon as power is applied..
a diagram whould be nice if possible...
i want it to auto start timing for about 5 seconds then end,untill power is re-applied..

i have hacked some of the units,,but theres so many different models out there now...one i used,, i added a SCR and a NE-2 neon bulb..when the charge was high enough it triggered the neon bulb,which fired the SCR..then flashed the strobe,,,this does it continously...only bad thing is...the unit draw...
