Source for ISD25120P

Does anyone have a source for buying the ISD25120P? I found some on Ebay but I don't think my purchasing dept will go shopping there....:)

Are these obsolete? We need a few for some repairs of old equipment.

Thanks!

A little help with RF on a PC Board

In our GPS product, we install 2 antennas and feed two cables to an RF relay with 3 N-style connectors. We can then select one antenna or the other and feed that antenna to a Trimble GPS receiver. Once powered, 1 antenna is used, we don't switch back and forth. It depends on which direction we start...

I was having trouble getting NBC on my DTV box so I emailed the affiliate in Hastings, NE. I asked if I needed a better UHF antenna. They told me that most affiliates in NE are transmitting both UHF for the digital and VHF for the analog Ntsc signal. After Feb 9, they are all moving the ATSC signal ...

It looks just like this one: http://www.bushnell.com/general/weather_fx_95-0007.cfm?section=General%20Use I was in a Walmart in Hastings, Nebraska and I only see Omaha as a listed state. It was $89. I will look at the Ambient engine a little closer. If I make it back to that Walmart, I will look a l...

Wireless Weather Forecast

Walmart has a wall mounted lcd display that get the current forecast from accuweather.com wirelessly (from FM Radio Stations?) How can I build this into my device? Is there a chip that I can incorporate into my design to receive this same information? Thanks.

LED indicator on 4N25 Opto

I did kind of a dumb thing and had the boards made. I wanted to add led indication that the flow meter is sending pulses. The flow pulses (0 and 12vdc) go through a 3.3K resistor to pin 1 of the 4n25, pin 2 is grounded. Pin 5 goes to a TTL input PIC micro. The LED flashes but pin 5 only drops to 1.6...

Pre-Sensitized Positive Acting

I have 12 of them. One sided. 6X6X.055" They are probably 6+ years old. They have been stored in a dark cabinet and do not show any damage in the silver plastic covers. Best offer accepted.

Here is a little from the manual. This is a 1999. "The DRL system will make your headlamps come on at a reduced brightness when: Ignition is on, Headlamp switch is off and Parking brake is released." "When it begins to get dark, your DRL indicator light is a reminder to turn your head...

Chevy Suburban Daytime Run Lights

The run daytime lights on my Suburban are on all the time. There is a photosensor in the rear view mirror that points toward the windshield. Is that sensor supposed to turn the lights on if the daylight gets a little low? Has anyone torn apart the Chevy mirror to get to the electronics? Would the ph...

One of the points I wanted everyone to see was that if the 12 volts is connected backwards, the 12 volt line is now connected to the other devices ground through the serial port connection. I have considered all these ideas to protect the main electronics, but how do I protect from the reverse polar...

Revers Polarity Protection

How would you protect things in the picture below from the power supply being connected backwards? (non-mechanical solutions please) The serial port may or may not be connected to another device. The other device may or may not have a common earth ground connection back to the use supplied power. I ...
