Re: High Voltage Logic
There's always ebay.... <p>Also Supertex offers an HV5530 that is a shift register and 32 high voltage line drivers - they run about $7-8 on mouser and can be cascaded, have digit blanking, etc -eliminates a lot of components, all you need is a pic or similar controller to feed serial data to the HV...

Re: Ben Clock Kits - Where
The guy selling the complete Ben clock is also selling the kits out of his store - but be forewarned the auction states there is like a 6 week wait for the kits to be in stock and shipped - I think I'll be waiting for the kits to 'be in stock' before I buy....

Re: Atomic clock receiver for PIC?
The first unit you mention has apparently been discontinued. The second isn't cheap at $179! I noticed that Atmel has two chips (T4227 & U4223B link: http://www.atmel.com/atmel/products/prod515.htm) that will recieve WWVB signals, but not much info seems to be available, plus they seem to be Eur...

Atomic clock receiver for PIC?
Looking for a WWVB Atomic clock receiver to interface with a PIC. Looks like there used to be one for the Basic Stamp, but it has been discontinued. Anybody know of one?

Help figuring out PS for unusual Power Req.
I am currently working on a little project that involves controlling vintage old display tubes (dekatrons and nixie's together) with a PIC. What I am trying to figure out is how to build an appropriate power supply to meet the voltages of the tubes and the PIC/CMOS voltages. Here are the power requi...

Re: Metal Enclosures
Thanks for the input. I had already contacted Zero for some information, wasn't sure how much they were going to charge for their stuff, particularly for only a couple units.
