yes i have 16 addressable rows and 24 addressable columns and i am not sure as to what the part number of the leds is, i have no clue actually I got a thousand of them surplus and figured this would be the best way to apply them :) . Let me know if there is anything i can do to test the leds. Thanks...

Yeah the board 'runs' at least all the leds work. It interfaces to my nonexistent driving board by means of a 40 pin 2x20 header. let me know how to get this sucker up and running :) can i use three max 7219's to control the whole assembly?

I have a very large (homebuilt and soldered) dot matrix led display using green 1206 surface mount leds. The layout is 16 x 24 with a common anode 24 across and a common cathode 16 down. The leds operate on a maximum of 10ma and I have hand soldered all 384 of them onto the board. I do not want to s...
