Ok. The updates have been completed with a few changes to settings and such. Let me know if problems are solved or we need to dig further. Again, sorry for the frustrations.

Re: SPAMHAUSE ip blocker issues,,
Hi Guys, Were working with a PHPBB professional to get all these problems resolved. Updates will be applied to the board and spam programs and whatever else needs to be done to get this resolved. Sorry for the frustrations, our new guy seems to have a pretty good understanding of the problems and is...

Re: Voice Changer PCB Circuit Request
Do you know if the Express PCB software shows a print preview or similar? If so, a screen capture and import into some picture software can scale it to actual size. Due to the screen resolution, you might then need to do some touch up, but it is not impossible. CeaSaR The file can be exported as a ...

Re: Voice Changer PCB Circuit Request
Thanks Larry, He needs the artwork for the PCB layout. It sounds as if ordering the PCB is not really an option for him since he is 1) a kid in high school and 2) he is overseas. Kevin That's what I thought. Didn't know if there might be software available to convert the Express file into something...

Re: Voice Changer PCB Circuit Request
The voice changer circuit was created using Express PCBs free software. If it would help, we could make the file available.

There is no direct relationship, such as if a percentage of sales were to go to support the site. However, the costs of running the site, as well as other magazine related expenses, are paid from the same pot that subscription sales contributes to. So, in that way, the answer is yes. Does that answer?

Spam Moderator
I don't have a problem with someone moderating the forums to delete spam. We try to get to it as quick as we can, which means not much will happen on the weekends and evenings. Michael usually checks it several times during the workday, but we could still use some help from a regular user. Those int...

What are we doing about the SPAM? The SPAM issue is one that we are obviously aware of. At the moment, all we can do is delete the posts (and users) as they pop up. I myself have spent hours and entire evenings deleting users that are obviously spammers lurking in the wings. The process is not quic...

The cell phone ad in Computers has been deleted and the user banned. If you'll notice, we have added a section for listing equipment. The difference between this and eBay is that this is free of charge, is limited to electronic stuff only, and no commercial ads allowed. Those that have stuff they ar...

New Forum for trading/selling stuff
The commercial post that appeared the other day for cell phone stuff and whatever else has been deleted and the user banned from the forum. I agree that this is not the place for "spam" type posts and we will not let the forum be hijacked by "Pacific Rim" or other commercial inte...

Re: Board change?
Just so everyone knows, the board software is being changed as part of a new Nuts & Volts website that should come online in the next month or so. The current UBB software that runs the board can not be used with the new site for various reasons. My preference was to keep the board as is, but it...

Re: January 2006 issue
The January issue mailed December 19th. All copies are mailed at the same time, so unless you are outside the US, it should have arrived long ago. If you would email your account info (name, address, act# if you have a mailing label handy), we'll see if we can find out what happened to your copies a...
