What I am looking for is a way for my neighbor who is disabled to press a button to summon help . Panic button

I am looking for a Panic button type transmitter and receiver. Something like the "I have fallen and can't get up " system as seen on TV but instead of dialing the phone one that will trigger a buzzer on a small receiver. Ideally the range should be about 1/2-1 mile . Voice contact is not required ....
