Re: Odd Commercial Products.........

At first I thought you meant Muzo, but it's yet another one. Here's a review of Muzo: https://youtu.be/MCW5HUkrr-o Yeah, Noise canceling has been known about for some time. Only, getting the exact matching negative sound, so it completely cancels out the original sound. Takes quite a bit of tinkeri...

I came a cross this 5.5KV high voltage unit.

If you still have the old unit, then I'd say the price is right, even with shipping. :D

is this item so old that no one wants it ?
i don't even get any hits on ebay..lol
Yeah, that's part of it, and most of all....
Ethernet 10/100BaseT is really slow, compared to 1Gigabit Switchers.
Thus, it would create a bottle neck if you connected to a high speed modem.

UPDATE:

Well, the old Toshiba has been recycled.
A new Recycling Center opened near me.
They only charged me $15 to take it.
Well, it beats having to pay $25 or $40 to have it recycled.

It is a proprietary cable. Unless you want to try and make your own spare cable, I suggest you just get this one off of E-bay. https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/shopping?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ0wwamQFPJtf731jnd8q9V-vVZ3zlyUld--33W2J6uwyZ3QTqCA9sjxcA-LyOaab3PS7Ue0FTJL-E&usqp=CAc https://www.ebay.com/i/1328814...

Re: Powder coating power supply

Anybody play with powder coating? I have one with a small high voltage module that takes 120 VAC and outputs (technically) 11,000 volts. Unknown current, probably milliamps. This one has zero output, and the manufacturer says it'll be months before they have any more modules in stock. It's fully en...

Re: Router issue ( boot loop ) keeps resetting.

Just wondering........ When you reconnected the Modem/Router, wired LAN to your computer at home. Did you leave the RG-6U Cable coming into your home unconnected to the Modem/Router, when checking if the computer could access the Modem/Router? If you could access the Modem/Router. Then I would agre...

I've got Frontier, and I'm stuck with it until some other provider finally makes it out to my area. :x And yeah, there was a local central office in my state. But then in 2016 when they finally upgraded too an Optical Fiber Network, they took it out. The closest central office to me is Chicago, IL. ...
