trouble with n&v article (USB DEVICE CONTROL) and SDCC

hi i have been working on the project from the n&v article USB DEVICE CONTROL and have the hex file loaded and working but i downloaded SDCC and GPUTILS and have them installed on an XP system and cannot get SDCC to compile the main.c program from the article , any help would be great :grin: , dana
