Servo Controllers

I have seven (7) servo motors that control Pella window blinds. With todays technology what's the most cost effective why to manage the blinds. The source of control is of cource room ambiant light. The servos presently installed are EK-SM3P SUPER-MINI. I intend to implement a new application with n...

iRobot Robotic vacuum cleaner schematic diagrams

I am looking for a source for the schematic of a iRobot 4215. The iRobot Corpation has refused to release any technical data. The specific issue is that the main brush motor does not turn. I checked the drive motor for continuity. It's OK. The motor drive electronics appears to be the problem. I nee...

Thank You, Edd Whatley

Thanks, Edd for your assistance in solving the rolling on my Mitsubishi TV. You were absolutely correct in your analysis. The PIP module was intermittently not doing it's job. Without the specific instructions you sent I would not have suceeded in removing the module and jumpering the signal around ...

Re: RCA F36673ET Power On Problem

I am not sure why it takes days to reset, but I think your trouble is because the high voltage value is higher than allowed for extreme X-rays off the face of the picture tube. The system control will detect this over voltage and shutdown. The clicks you hear is the low voltage power supply relay. I...

Re: Aerodynamic Primciple questions

This project is for an automatic bowling ball drilling machine. I am attempting to position the ball, within .001in. with very small servos. The servos could be Model Airplane Radio Control types. The oscillation is periodic, and I believe is due to the ball being lifted by the air and then settles ...

Aerodynamic Primciple questions

I am an electrical oriented engineer and not necessarily familiar with air principles. I am attempting to float a bowling ball on a cushin of air so it will rotate with very minute forces. I machined a cavity in a large block of aluminum, the cavity matches the ball surface exactly with a 4" ai...

GE RR9 Relay Replacement

I've used the Remote Control Switching Relay, GE RR9 Relay in several lighting control Applications. They are quite reliable and simple to use. Key features are 14/12 Guage screw clamp connectors, and a plug on the primary side. However, in cases where they are used outside, the temperature could be...

Mitsubishi TV Roll Episode #2

There are some other observations and findings I neglected to put in the first posting. I did replace the 100 mfd series capacitor on the input to the sync separator and also doubled the shunt capacitor of that same network. Neither had any effect. Since the rolling is intermittent, I also observed ...

Mitsubishi TV CS-27301 Roll

I have a Mitsubishi Receiver Model # CS-27301. Recently the vertical framing began to roll intermittently and stabilized as the set warmed up. I checked and adjusted the AGC level, this was not the problem. I scoped the output of the "TV Signal Processor" IC200. The wavefrom Is normal in t...
