Hi, I have a question
I have an actuator that I want to keep closed whole my vehicle is turned on. However I want the actuator to open if I press on my car brakes. Is there a way to wire this using relays?
Please and thank you.

Battery Tester
I'm wanting to purchase a digital battery tester because I have a lot of battery-related equipment and perform some work for others. I don't want a POS and would prefer to stay for around $100. Any recommendations? I despise having to remove the battery and take it to a parts store to be checked out...

How to identify a potentiometer?
I'm looking for the specifications of an unlabeled potentiometer . I'm looking for a pot that fits the specifications of the one I have. I'd like to add a second pot to the circuit so that I may control it from two different locations. I've recognized the wires and voltages, but I'm not sure how to ...

Utilizing a microprocessor to regulate the gate, I'm using a BS170 Transistor to turn on/off a sequence of LEDs. My transistor appears to have stopped working because it never turns off. Is this a sign that the transistor has blown?

18650 Using Issue for Beginner
Hello all, I just committed an inadvertent blunder that I thought I'd share in case it might help others. I ordered a couple of 18650 Lithium Ion batteries for a robot vehicle that I'm building. I saw that these batteries were "protected" at the using note (content source from blog ) that ...

Re: New Step Up Transformer
Thank you for replies. Recently I use it with an urushi tsugaru. Its a very understated exterior design but sounds outstanding. I assume its all about the inner design. And I try to use a new SUT with old Koetsu cartridge usually does not give good result. The transformers were wired and tuned to su...

New Step Up Transformer
Hi, all
I know Koetsu recently came out with a new step up transformer. Has anyone heard it and if so what did you think? Which cartridge did you use? Or can a step-down transformer be used as a step-up transformer? (which comes from blog)
Thank you in advance.

Re: Starter Relay Trouble
Thank you for you replies. Started at basics and went over all the fuses again. Turns out it was the 50amp fuse. Guess my eye sight isn't as good as it once was. Most dealers are out of that but was able to find it at a dealer over an hour from my house, if not would have had to wait about a week fo...
