Hi! I looking for general info and ideas- no one has to design anything for me- on the best micro to use for a sidereal clock. Specifically I need recommendations and code for the PIC family, and the AVR family. I looked extensively on the internet, but no one seem to have concrete opinions on which...
Is anyone willing to sell to me at least one ICM 7207? It is the oscillator/controller for the ICM7208 frequency counter which I bought on ebay. Post to this post withe you email and price and we'll haggle over it (If you really have it).
Thanks for looking.
I would like to know if anyone else knows of an inexpensive (less than $400) Nsc800 or Z80 win32 Cross assembler. I've looked at simtel and there's are all DOS based ones. 2500AD and Avocet are not possible candidates because they cost too much. All I need are a URL(S) of a company that fits my need...
Has anyone have a 10vdc wll-wart for a SPEP Eprom Programmer from Futerlec. I just bought this "thing", and all the futurlec website says is that it requires that wall wart, but I haven't found any info. on the amp's or if it is center-positive or vice-versa. I've looked on "google", but no luck. An...
yes, motorola is freescale.
it is also at Onsemi main page.
in the middle of the page they have a cross-ref box. eneter your request here, and click the submit button (i think). this works for non mcu parts as freescale does those.
hope this helps.

The purpose would be to wirewrap a modern(?) version of the COSMAC Elf. If you are interested respond to this p...
i'm having a blond moment. does anyone have a datatsheet of the hm8350a from hualon microelectronics corporation (hmc) from taiwan?
yes, i've tired their site at hualon.com.tw, but
the english link doesn't work. any help(!) would be appreciated.
be careful about the datasheet you get from www. freetradezone.com/index.html . Some dtatheets may be corrupted in transmission over the internet, and you may lose some graphic and/or titles to figures and such. a recent file i downloaded had just such a problem, and i had to go to www. onsemi.com t...
you can go to www.jameco.com . they have the mm5314 clock ic for $14.95 ea. they claim to be able to get "hard to find" ic's. i suppose you could email them or phone thme and ask. anyway, if you buy that ic, be sure to buy a data sheet of it. that datasheet has the pinput for that family of clock ic...
i'm sorry to that poptronics is gone, in both forms. god, it was good while it lasted. but really, should we get all upset about it's demise? if you haven't subscribed to nuts & volts you should now. i don't think i could afford the postage for a mag out of australia, not that they aren't any good, ...
i'd like some information on how triplex(multiplex) lcd's work. i mean-- what are they made off? where are they used? who manufactures them? why would one use them? and--- is there any way to interface them to a micro other than national semiconductors cop8 micro's, like atmel's? thank you for readi...
