Ethernet webcam .....
Anyone know of an adapter to connect a USB webcam to ethernet?
I see IP cameras and ethernet cams, so an ethernet interface to a camera is possible. What I was thinking was a project that would allow an ethernet connection to a USB device. I see USB ethernet devices that connect ethernet to a comp...

Re: Resistance meter question?
2 digits were sufficient, you could map 99 cables, I guess if it was 3 digits, it might come in handy at some time though.

Re: Resistance meter question?
The wiremapper works like this:
You take resistors starting with 10k, using rj11 plugs, you crimp the resistor across pins 4 and 5.
Take a straw, cut it into 1/2" to 3/4" pieces, put a piece over the resistor, fill the straw up with epoxy. This seals the resistor and bonds the straw to...

Re: 28 VDC AC/DC Adaptor
Thanks for the replies, Inoticed that Jameco offers supplies from Reliapro, which have the same part number format to the supply I need, I emailed them and hope they may be able to get the exact replacement, if not, I think I will try a 24 or 30 vdc supply.
Thanks

Re: 28 VDC AC/DC Adaptor
Thanks for the input, I checked a working power supply, it output 35 VDC with no load. I would assume it is not regulated, so, would you suggest using a 28 VOLT 1.5 AMP POWER TRANSFORMER CAT# TX-2815 from All Electronics with a bridge and filter cap?
Also, what size filter cap should I use?
Thanks
