The company that builds the machines
does have other options like eathernet cards
but that requires a new prosessor board.
big bucks.
its not worth the investment on a 7+ year old
machine.

Convert a Floppy drive to a flash drive

Hi all,

I work in a tool and die shop,
We have cnc machines that use a floppy disk to
load programs into the machines.
I was wondering if there was a way to convert a floppy
drive to a usb port so instead of using floppys we could
use a flash card

Thanks,

Re: microfich-microfilm of back issues of electronics magazi

Try the Wheaton Pulblic Library
in Wheaton IL. or ECC (Elgin Community College)
in Elgin Il.<p>When my son went to ECC. we got some schematics
from some old issues from Popular Electronics.
