Re: Technology Backfire?

From another site. Maybe a dead battery isn't the worst thing that could happen. I just bought a 2019 Honda CRV TOURING on December 29, 2018 and I have gas in my oil also. Apparently the problem has not been fixed. Be aware before buying the new 2019 Honda CRV. I will be going to the dealership in t...

Re: Technology Backfire?

Well, first take it back and say you want a new car. Stand on a desk if you have to but don't put up with stuff. Having a heated argument in the salesroom, don't go in the back somewhere, is best. Call me sexist but send the wife in and they'll expel their innards making her happy. A man crying is s...

Re: Wiring issues

Our guys have a telescoping pole that resembles a fishing rod. They can attach a cable or pull string and telescope out to about 20 feet. It's sturdy enough to push some ducting out of the way but it's pretty light and easy to use. Other than using the plastic channel stuff that sticks to the room s...

Re: BURGESS BUG KILLER 960

I'm thinking I looked at the datasheet to make sure it was open on rise and didn't catch the error in the catalog. I, through my company, order from them often but I don't see how much shipping costs or minimum order quantity. So I can't help you there but I suspect you could go to almost any electr...

Re: BURGESS BUG KILLER 960

Would this part from Allied work for you? There are some options in the catalog other than this but this looks the closest to what you want.

Re: wireless cameras

You may have the satisfaction of seeing who did it and even get their license plate but I doubt you'll be able to prosecute. Well, at least be able to afford to prosecute. There are no more egregiously charging people in the whole world. I think you'll need to get the Sheriff to do the cams and then...

Re: BURGESS BUG KILLER 960

Hmmmm. After reading your post regarding temperature I think you're right in that is does heat to 500F and then opens and closes around 450F. Entrusted with that info I don't see anything that gets that hot.

I'm thinking you may be SOL.

Re: BURGESS BUG KILLER 960

In Newark I can find a similar looking "disc thermostat" but they appear to be a 60F not 50F. Look at NTE-DTO60 and see if you think it might work. Any NTE part should be available at you local electronics store. Without the specific dimensions of your switch I can't say for sure it would ...

Re: Visio VO320E Power supply question

I hate to say it but you're probably SOL. I've had the uhhh! pleasure of working on a few VISIO and have yet to fix one. One was less than a year old and I could never get the power supply to stay up long enough to see what else I was missing. I tried changing a few parts but had no luck fixing the ...

Re: electronic dice

I haven't been exposed to other PIC programming languages or their chips other than PicBASIC. I don't think it's any harder to learn than others but I have been told it's a bit more versatile than some companies IDE designed for PICs. Though there are a plethora of programs written for PICAXE and ot...

Re: How to find article links on the N/V home page?

Usually the links are off to the left of the window where you can see back issues. For the Wheezy download the link is in the article on page 56. There are other links at the bottom of page 57 that may be what you need also.
