Thank you for your knowledge with .dll programs. With your help I was able to get rid of that RunDLL pop up window. The registry seems to be booting up fine now and the problem is gone.

Thanks for the suggestion cae, The HD is fine I have removed it and connected it external usb to my computer and was able to do a Virus Scan to it. I found 110 infected files and deleted them out.
