Dean Huster wrote:I've done it using nothing more complex than a normal splitter -- used in reverse. But then, I'm cheap. Feed each antenna into the "outputs" and take your output from the input.
I researched online and found others who had used splittter in reverse.

"Work Tunes" Headphone Radio

Just purchased a set of "Work Tunes" headphone Radio AM/FM-MP3 compatible. I'm disappointed with the reception on both bands. Distant stations that my other handheld radio receives fine the "Work Tunes" is lack luster! Reception of local FM Stations is fantastic while riding mower. I gave it a try w...

Combining UHF > VHF Antenna

I recently put a Channel Master Model 4228 UHF antenna in my attic. Discovered a few of the locals (Memphis, TN) I'm trying to receive are on the VHF Band. What would be a good VHF antenna to purchase and how would I connect the 2?

Received Answer From Local TV Station Chief Engineer

Your problem is not likely to be a signal strength issue as much as it is a signal quality one. Indoor rabbit ears are highly susceptible to picking up reflected signals and other signal variations which easily “confuseâ€

Wind freezing/interrupting Digital TV Signal

Trees & wind combination is wrecking my DTV viewing. What can I do to improve Digital TV Signal. Without strong winds rabbitt ears pull in a great signal. At night DTV signal from 60-70 mile away is great! Station is less than 10 miles away there is some tall trees in my yard & across the street. If...

Sales Tax & reception from digital converter box.

Sales tax here is 8.5%. I purchased the RCA brand box sitting near the Count Down Clock at Wal Mart. I wasn't expecting anymore channels ( a total of 7) to receive than my Dual Tuner TV with rabbitt ears . Well I was wrong after the digital box ran a scan 18 channels appeared all from rabbitt ears. ...

TV Digital Converter Box Coupons & Sales Tax

Purchased my first Digital Converter box today using the $40 coupon.
Box sold for $49.87 plus sales tax = $54.10 - $40 coupon = $14.10 out of pocket! A surprise of $4.23!!!
I think the $40 should have came off the top thereby only pay taxes on the difference of $9.87!!!
But what do I know?

DC Cell phone chargers

By looking at DC chargers from past phones I see no type of voltage regualtion. Male cigarette plug power cord & connector for phone. I frequent Yard Sales & its unbelievable the number of chargers headed for the land fill (almost as many coffee cups). I'm sure petroleum products are used making mol...

DC Cell phone chargers

Doesn't most all Cell Phones use a 12v DC charger? The difference is just the myriad of plugs? Now on the AC chargers I think the voltage varies according to type of phone. Reason I ask, instead of buying yet another DC charger for current phone, opt to convert an existing DC charger with appropriat...
